Randomness

I love it when life is random- when things happen that are just truly strange. Cracks me up. Such was the case when Katy and I were wandering around our city. We encountered a dance studio presenting their pieces, conveniently in front of our building. They seemed to be doing traditional dances from different countries: traditional Korean dances, ballet, and modern pieces. As dancers they were of course in costume. It was natural to assume then, when they appeared in Indian garb, that the following dance would be to traditional Indian music. as the dancers took their positions the audience grew quiet (well, kind of- quiet is a relative word in the center of Sanbon). Soon the speakers filled the square with the chosen musical accompaniment: Shakira. Korean dancers, Indian costumes, and Latin music. Random.
