Venice

From Munich we night-trained to Venice, a highly anticipated stop on our journeys, and this time we arrived well rested (opting for the couchette, small bed, instead of the chair of sleepless nights)

Venice, well, Venice. We had the whole day to explore and experience Venice, with it seemed every other person travelling in Italy, and maybe all of Europe.

And. . . just cause I like the photo:

This is me, super pumped. Why so excited, you ask? we had looked all day for Wi-fi, eager to check e-mails and check in on the rest of the world) Here, on the post it clearly says there is wi-fi, which is amazing b/c NONE of the cafes in Venice had it. We hurriedly pull out the computer only to discover that there was no wifi after all.

St. Mark's Cathedral- the apostle is now buried here.

Only in Venice, Rose colored Street lights.
