When in Rome. . .

Getting to Rome from little Kefalonia was no easy task, but we managed, and managed to do it without getting messed with by the ferry strikes. I'll give you a brief outline:

bus ride to Poros (port on island)

Ferry ride to Kyllinia

Hitched ride to Patras (this was essential, as there was no bus, apparently, and if we didn't make our ferry, the strikes were going to very much mess up our plans

Ferry (16hours) to Bari, Italy

Rome. . .what to say. . . Pretty much amazing. . . pretty much every corner is picture perfect. . . Its steeped in history and pizza. Again, pics for your enjoyment, just a couple cause I'm tired. . .so you get photos of the Coliseum and of a street performer. . .
